Our Delivery & Installation Guide
Our delivery and install crews are trained and average over 10 years of experience. You can trust Slyman Bros to get the job done professionally and on-time.
1. Drop Off Delivery
What is Included:
A one person crew dropping off the product to your garage, driveway, or front porch in the original manufacturer packaging. Our crew will not go inside.
Add Ons:
We can haul away an old appliance for $39 (must be outside prior to our arrival).
2. Un-Box & Set Inside Delivery
What is Included:
A two person crew delivering the product inside to the room of your choice on a main level or one flight of stairs. Our crew will remove the exterior packaging and dispose of it responsibly. There must be a clear path obstruction free to the final location. (*excludes oversized appliances, see below for pricing).
What is Not Included:
Our crews will not plug in, level, or attach any handles, cords, flex lines, hoses, and venting to the new appliance.
Add Ons:
We can haul away an old like appliance or move it to another room for $39 (must be un-installed prior to our arrival). For moving to another room, our crews cannot break down old appliances to fit through doorways/hallways/stairways and we cannot re-install old appliances.
3. Standard Installation
What is Included:
Our crew will set up the item, remove all packaging and discard, attach any required new install part(s) per manufacturer guideline, connect to your existing hook up(s), level, and test the item. Your item will be up and running before our crew leaves. If you have an existing old like appliance, our crew will un-install and haul it away or set it aside for no additional charge. (*excludes oversized appliances, see below for pricing).
What is Not Included:
Our crews do not modify existing facilities or move obstructions, please be sure your existing facilities (such as electrical, plumbing, and opening) are set up for the specific item you have purchased prior to our arrival. If the install requires special install parts to complete the install (like extension kits), there will be additional charges.
Add Ons:
We offer custom install jobs if the install requires modifying your existing facilities or appliance in order to be completed. An additional charge will be required and is completed by a 3rd party certified contractor. A pre-site survey is required in most cases to give custom estimates.
*For deliveries further than 25 miles from your nearest Slyman Bros showroom, a mileage fee may be required depending on the distance and order size. We offer all of our delivery and install services up to 50 miles from our warehouse located in Ballwin, MO. We offer drop off delivery further away. Please contact us to see if we deliver to your area.
