AutoDescale

The CM 7500/CM 7550 and CM 7750 models do not require complicated descaling, as they do this themselves. A patented invention from Miele: These appliances descale themselves from a cartridge at the back of the appliance – every day, at a time of your choosing. This ensures that persistent limescale does not develop. The cartridge will last between 7 and 12 months depending on how frequently the coffee machine is used.

Automatic rinsing of milk pipework

After the preparation of coffee specialties with milk, all components that carry milk are rinsed automatically with water from the water container. This makes hygiene very easy and very convenient.

Easily removable brew unit

The brew unit is the heart and soul of automatic coffee preparation. It can be removed and cleaned easily, ensuring a hygienic brew unit as well as consistently high coffee quality and longevity of the machine.

ComfortClean

The Cappuccinatore allows hot milk or milk froth to be prepared with the greatest of ease. The hot milk or milk froth is delivered straight to the cup or glass in only a matter of seconds. It can also be cleaned easily in a dishwasher.

DoubleShot function

For all those who love strong coffee flavor: The new DoubleShot function of the CM7. The DoubleShot function prepares the beverage with the double amount of coffee/espresso, but with reduced extraction time. This reduces the amount of bitter substances in the coffee. The result is a particularly full and soft coffee aroma without a bitter aftertaste. Ideal for an espresso, cappuccino, or flat white.

Enjoy coffee made with freshly ground beans, anytime and in peace and quiet: The new conical grinder works particularly quietly.

CoffeeSelect

This freedom of choice gives maximum coffee enjoyment: Prepare your favorite specialty coffee using the right kind of bean. Three separate containers hold different bean types. Select the most suitable bean for your drink manually, or automatically by programming the machine accordingly. Enjoy espresso made with espresso beans – beverages are always prepared using one bean type as no remnants remain in the system from the previously used beans.

OneTouch for Two

All bean-to-cup coffee machines are equipped with the new OneTouch for Two function as well as with the already familiar OneTouch feature. This function allows you to make two delicious coffee specialities at the same time by simply touching a button. The program starts automatically. Because preparation takes less time, you have more time together.

CupSensor

The CupSensor makes using your Miele coffee machine easier. The sensor recognizes the height of the cup and positions the central spout accordingly at a height between 8 and 6". The ideal distance prevents splashes and ensures the perfect coffee temperature and the best possible crema. After adding the milk, the central spout moves upwards by .39 in to prevent soiling.

Expert mode

Parameters can be modified to suit your personal taste whenever you like: The quantity of coffee and water can be customized with Expert mode, even during preparation. This allows you to serve your guests a perfect coffee beverage just the way they prefer it.

Timer

Switch-on and switch-off of the coffee machine can be programmed individually and according to your needs. The first drink in the morning can be brewed straight away as the machine switches on automatically; it also switches off automatically in the evening. To conserve energy, the coffee machine can be switched off completely after it has not been used for some time.

Your coffee in perfect view at all times – only with BrilliantLight. The soft LED lighting places every cup in the spotlight and ensures a pleasant atmosphere in your kitchen. Eco mode

To keep energy consumption as low as possible, in Eco mode the coffee machine starts heating up just before the first drink preparation. Eco mode is an optional extra and freely selectable. Depending on requirements, it can be selected or deselected from the basic settings menu.

Contains caffeine and is therefore an ideal pick-me-up. The tea can be enjoyed after only 1–2 min brewing time.

Black tea

A close relative of green tea. It is usually enjoyed pure, with milk or with a little lemon juice.

Herbal tea

Contains vitamins, minerals and trace elements and therefore is not only a luxury food but also a medical remedy.

Fruit tea

As diverse as the world of fruit. It develops the best aroma after about 5-10 minutes of steeping.

Hot milk and milk froth

Hot milk and milk froth can be enjoyed alone or added to hot chocolate for a delicious, indulgent treat.

White tea

White tea is a prized luxury: It is made from the young, unopened buds of the tea plant, which are the key to its extremely mild and floral flavor. It is processed much more gently than any other type of tea. The fine and light aroma of white tea develops best if left to brew for approximately 2 minutes.

Japanese tea

A high-quality and sophisticated drink: Japan has been growing green tea for almost 1,500 years. This tea is characterized by its fresh green color and its particularly delicate taste. Its full-bodied and stimulating umami aroma really comes to the fore when the infusion temperature is low. The brewing time is approximately 1.5 minutes.
